SHIPPING
We ship every business day and many weekends, because we can't wait for you to get a Sure Bet! Depending upon the time of day the order was placed or holiday shipping schedules, your order may take one to two days for processing and packaging. Our usual shipping time is 2-4 business days. You will receive an e-mail at the time your product is shipped with its tracking information. If you have any problems or questions with a shipment, please contact us via email at sales@surebetcoffee.com with your order details and we'll get things resolved.
RETURNS
We hope you love Sure Bet Coffee like we do and enjoy our merchandise just as much! If you're not thrilled, please let us know at sales@surebetcoffee.com so we can help. If you purchased the item from our website and contact us within 30 days after receipt, we can arrange for replacement or refund via the original payment method.
If you purchased Sure Bet Coffee or merchandise elsewhere and there's a problem, only that vendor can refund payment via their own policies. However, we really want you to feel delighted and lucky, so please let us know at sales@surebetcoffee.com where and when you made the purchase, and within 30 days of that date, we will arrange a replacement or another accommodation.
